A space to slow down, connect, and grow
The Woven Journey
Members begin by joining a small group that meets biweekly for guided reflection, honest conversation, and practical tools for intentional growth. Each 60-minute session combines guided reflection, honest conversation, and practical tools designed to create connection, clarity, and intentional growth through every season of life.
Is Woven for You?
Woven is for people who are curious about themselves and open to growing alongside others. You don’t need to be going through a crisis or have a specific problem to solve. You may simply be navigating change, asking bigger questions, or wanting to move through life with more intention.
Woven may be a good fit for you if you:
Value meaningful conversation and genuine connection.
Are willing to reflect honestly on your own life, patterns, and choices.
Want practical tools for navigating relationships, decisions, transitions, and personal growth.
Are open to listening to perspectives that may be different from your own.
Can hold space for others without immediately advising, fixing, or judging.
Are willing to participate, be vulnerable at your own pace, and respect the confidentiality of the group.
Want to become more confident in navigating life — not have someone tell you what to do.
Woven may not be the right fit if……
Woven is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and our facilitators do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you are looking for deeper one-on-one support, are working through significant trauma or mental health concerns, or need individualized guidance beyond the scope of a peer group, we encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional who can provide the level of support you need.
Woven is designed for reflection, meaningful conversation, practical tools, and learning alongside others — not for replacing professional care.
You don't have to have life figured out to join Woven. You just have to be willing to show up with curiosity — for yourself and for the people around you.
Meet the Founders
Emma Hackett
Emma has always been drawn to growth, challenge, and meaningful connection. After beginning her career in engineering, she quickly realized the work that mattered most to her centered around people: creating space for others to feel seen, supported, and understood.
Together with Addie, she co-founded Woven as a place for women to move through life’s transitions with honesty, reflection, and real community. Emma brings calm, thoughtfulness, and grounded leadership to every group she leads, helping women feel more connected to themselves and each other through every season.
Addie Clark
Addie has always believed in the power of intentional community, honest conversation, and women supporting one another through every season of life. With a background in communication, leadership development, and years spent building meaningful group experiences, she brings both structure and heart to Woven.
Together with Emma, she created Woven as a space where women can grow with greater confidence, connection, and purpose. Addie is passionate about helping women navigate transitions, deepen relationships, and live more authentically.
